Privacy Policy

Last updated on July 5, 2026.

Gridlync Corp. ("Gridlync," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you interact with our websites, products, or services (collectively, the "Services").

This Policy primarily governs our public websites, including gridlync.com. The Gridlync platform is governed separately by our customer agreements and any applicable data processing terms: data our customers store or process in the platform is used solely to provide the platform to that customer, and is never used for advertising, marketing, or visitor-identification purposes or shared with the advertising partners described below.

Information We Collect and How We Use It

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when you interact with the Services, such as when you contact us, create an account, or otherwise communicate with us. This information may include basic personal or account details, such as your name, email address, or similar contact information.

We may also automatically collect limited technical or usage information when you use the Services. This may include information such as browser type, device or operating system details, IP address, and general usage data.

Information we collect may be used for purposes such as:

  • Providing and maintaining the Services
  • Responding to inquiries and communications
  • Improving features and functionality
  • Complying with applicable legal obligations

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services and, unless you opt out, for analytics and advertising purposes, such as understanding how the Services are used and measuring the effectiveness of our marketing. Some of these technologies are strictly necessary for the Services to function, including remembering your preferences, and cannot be switched off. Advertising cookies may be set by third-party partners and may collect information about your activity to deliver or measure relevant advertising.

We may also work with third-party partners who use cookies, device identifiers, and similar signals — including matching them against their own or their partners' databases — to help us understand which companies visit our websites and, for visitors in the United States, to identify business contact information (such as name, employer, and business email) associated with a visit. We use this information for our own sales and marketing outreach, we do not use it on the Gridlync platform, and you may opt out at any time as described below.

You can opt out at any time through your browser settings, including by blocking or deleting cookies, or by contacting us as described below, though some features of the Services may not function properly as a result. Depending on your location, you may also have the right to opt out of targeted advertising or of the "sharing" of your personal information under applicable law, as described below.

Sharing, Retention, and Security of Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting or technical support, and only to the extent necessary for them to perform those services. As described above, information collected on our websites may also be shared with analytics, advertising, and visitor-identification partners, which may constitute "sharing" or a "sale" as those terms are defined under certain U.S. state privacy laws. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests.

You may opt out of such sharing at any time by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser, or by emailing us at [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information."

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices, Updates, and Contact Information

You may choose not to provide certain information to us, though doing so may limit your ability to use some features of the Services. Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information under applicable laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
